We perform a complete inspection of the home to evaluate each system and we check over 400 items. Some of what we inspect
are : crawlspace/foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC function, attic area, roofing, etc. It normally takes 2-4 hours
to complete the inspection and produce the report which will contain digital photos and detailed information about your home. All
reports will be available for you to view within 24 hours of the inspection. Pre Purchase or "buyer" Inspections are normally performed within days
of signing a purchase contract. Pre Listing or "seller" Inspections are normally performed prior to
listing your home on the market but can also be performed while the home is listed. The earlier you have the inspection, the
more time you will have to make needed or wanted repairs. This will decrease the likelyhood of a long list of repairs from
the buyer, speeding up your sale and closing process. These types of Home Inspections start at $250. New Construction Phase Inspection
Brand
new homes should be inspected by an independant professional inspector. There are 3 very important phases of home construction
that need to be inspected. 1st is the foundation inspection. This is the very base that your house is built on. 2nd is the
pre-drywall inspection. This allows the inspection of everything that will soon be hidden by the homes walls. 3rd is the final
inspection when the home is complete. Our complete and detailed inspection will provide an unbiased professional opinion of
defects that should be corrected. Costs for these inspections will very so please call.
First Annual Warranty Inspection
It is very wise to have your home professionally
inspected to eliminate any defects or attention areas before the builders warranty ends. This warranty period normally ends
after 1 year from the date of closing. Don't loose your right to have the builder fix the homes defects before they become

Construction
Loan Draw Inspections
We provide Loan Draw inspections to lending institutions throughout North and South
Carolina. We use the forms provided by the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or forms provided by specific lending
institutions. We are available to take care of your Draw Inspection needs within 24 hours of recieving a request. Each loan
draw inspection will cost between $65-$75. Cost Analysis Inspection We will do a cost analysis of any repairs you are considering doing and provide
a report to you. This will help you evaluate the cost feasability of a possible purchase. The cost of this type of inspection
will vary so please call for a quote.
